In the text about EmbassySF, I think a relevant point is made. It's something I've also experienced in different structures. One person does everything, and space projects aren't properly documented. So all those projects end up depending on that person. And if the person leaves, nobody knows how to do the stuff. So I think It might be relevant to add "documentation" in the guidelines about space projects.
Another thing is that sometimes one person (or a small group of people) is so unhappy about the ways cleaning, dishes, etc are done in the space that they end up doing everything themselves and be exhausted. Maybe documentation or precision in guidelines could be used as well for those common tasks?
