HTTP byte range requests

Apparently, video on iOS requires support for partial downloads using range requests:
hzrd149/blossom-server#16

It was added to blossom-server in hzrd149/blossom-server@19fc126

TIL about range requests. Unless you have coded this up already, I'll try to take a look at this some time next week.

i haven't coded anything up yet, just created this issue to keep track of it
