All applicable endpoints should have options for passing a profile_handle instead of user_id/profile_id, since this is much easier to remember and re-use. Handles are also customizable while user_id/profile_id is not.

This should at least apply to publicly exposed endpoints (i.e not exclusively used by the web-client)
