For SAM groups with 2 SAM units (or 4).
Would it be possible to have 50% of the group to be active . While the other 50% moves.
Once the first group is static in a new position 200-1000m away from its current location, then the other group shuts down and start moving.

So at any time, there is 50% units moving, and 50% units in active mode.
