Find links to original SORN from updates

What:
Find links to original SORN from updates or links to updates from originals.

Why:
Richard asked us to. May be important for finding PII in different systems, where we only have a link to the update. May be need to reduce manual work when scaling to other agencies.

How:
Research if it is possible on the Federal Register to find the link to the original SORN from an update. Especially in an automated way. If not automated, write down how you would do it by hand.

Example:
Login.gov updated their routine uses and had to publish that update to the Federal Register. That is the link GSA has published on their website. They should probably have the original SORN too. I used this search to find two different older SORNs for Login.
