Get rid of horizontal scroll bar

Looking at the main deploy right now there is horionztal scrolling for some reason. adding issue to trouble shoot this and get rid of it

More generally, we need to have a way to test our deploys across multiple devices and browsers. There are just to many things that differ from screen to screen that the developer is unaware of. Like #264. I don't really know how this is done at other orgs and at scale.

The two column layout for mobile introduced horizontal scroll. This will need to be fixed as well.
