开启电脑语言和区域配置如下

再从桌面拖动一个中文名称的快捷方式，显示为中文乱码，手动输入也显示“？？？”

这个选项是BETE版，看来微软自己也知道这功能不可靠，对于E语言编译的程序在WIN10以上系统运行基本都有这个问题，建议禁用。
