the yahoo documentation says it only maybe available.
I checked my account and its not available (I'm located in. Australia but afaik im not using the Australian version).

its not an option on my account located on https://login.yahoo.com/myaccount

maybe worth adding a flag to say maybe not available everywhere, or add available locations/countries.
