Keyboard presses are not sent to the emulated machine

The physical keyboard keypresses are not sent to the emulated machine, making it impossible to type text.

Instead, pressing arrow keys moves selection rectangle over emulator's on-screen keyboard, and to send a keypress, one has to select the needed key and press Enter. This makes any operation with keyboard very difficult. Even moving along a menu, not to say, entering any text.
