Understanding Follow Me

Hello,

I have a few questions about FollowMe mode as it relates to this project. For starters in FollowMe/state.h does the _local_gps_lat, _local_gps_long, etc. relate to the controller?

I assume it is not the drone. Anyhow, I have a couple of other related questions but at this point I am also curious how active this repo is.
