I've started writing this and there's a toggle I wasn't sure about, --auto-start-timer (more info here). It seems incredibl useful but in the context of this tool I don't know. It could be used in a separate thread and left to run but I don't like the idea of a lingering process without enforcing a timeout on it which sort of defeats the point. Do you have any thoughts?

Honestly, I wouldn't overcomplicate it and add that toggle just yet.
