this could work in 2 ways (or both, depends how 42 is feeling)
##prune <@member/@role/all> - checks how many messages a user (or users) has sent in the discord, if X < lets say 200, it kicks them (or bans them)
##prune <@member/@role/all> - checks how many days it has been since the last time the user (or users) sent a message in the discord, if X < lets say 14 days, it kicks them (or bans them)

Ive got my own idea, but due to reasons about the fact doing this with 100% certainty is impossible (deleted messages, off-limit channels, etc.) itll simply be a suggestion rather than automatic action
