It would be nice to have ability use more templates function under PullFilePath.

One of possible solution is use sprig:

PullFilePath: '{{ .Dir }}/{{.Locale  | replace "-" "_" }}{{.Ext }}'

Also I have created sprig#16 about adding trimSuffix.

Truncate can be replaced with trunc.
