[Planning] Restructure EDKII to work for multiple boards. #59

We should restructure EDKII to match multiple boards.We should have:

Upstream Branch that is following the upstream repo
9elements branch that has our own changes in there

for this to work, we need to restructure the DXEs for Prodrive to live under a prodrive specific folder
