Preprocessing Scripts Missing

At the University of Michigan ABCD Workshop, we were pointed to this repo to find the preprocessing steps for the minimally preprocessed imaging data released in version 1.0. These scripts are not here.

I might have told you something wrong during the workshop. The scripts in this repository show how we are merging all the individual spreadsheets from NDA into a single database. They also show how some of the derived variables are created that are on DEAP but not on NDA.
Have a look at the pdf documentation on NDA that goes together with the release for additional information on the processing pipelines.
