Goal: Create a VM with NewsReader pipeline in Dutch.

Problem: command update-guestfs-appliance as described in manual (https://github.com/ixa-ehu/vmc-from-scratch/blob/master/doc/nwrDistributedPipeline.pdf) is deprecated (i.e. command not found in Ubuntu >=16.04).
