enter document at fragment position

Currently when a user a user clicks on the 'bekijk document' button for a fragment they are interested in, the document, i.e the scrollable ordered list of fragments belonging to this document, is shown, starting at the top.

This means that the fragment in question is initially 'lost' to the user. It would be nice if the list would open at the position of the selected fragment.
