Feature Extraction is not working

I have this dataframe:

but when I am using the feature extractor this block:

processed = fe.preprocess_data(df)

it's showing me this error:
KeyError: "None of [Index(['tic', 'date', 'macd'], dtype='object')] are in the [columns]"
