Describe the bug
Blob Thrower creates way too many X when it's getting Power Bombed. Bug with Stun and how Blob Throwers spawn X

To Reproduce
Kill a Blob Thrower with a PB, while having lag

Expected behavior
Blob Thrower should only create one X.
