Это не совсем тривиально, так как с одной стороны, на выход отправляются каноникализированные названия (чтобы нормально работали локали с не-длинной канонической формой, например). Наверное, стоит явно проверять на совпадение полной и канонической форм в локали и в случае совпадения отдавать запись из базы. А возможно, нужен отдельный whitelist.
