3DTilesRendererJS在0.3.13版本就加入了region包围盒的支持，希望赶紧更新layer-3dtiles以支持在高德地图中加载包含region包围盒的3dtiles。

由于包无法发布到@amap组织下，现将项目迁移到https://github.com/yangyanggu/layer-3dtiles， region将会在近期尝试接入

可以使用@vuemap/layer-3dtiles , 0.0.7版本开始支持region加载
