Contribute the conformance file provided by Samsung

We currently have a file in our wiki which is not yet included into conformance suite.

@quantizationbit could you try to create a new branch either directly in the main repo, or in your fork and follow the guidelines from https://github.com/AOMediaCodec/av1-hdr10plus/tree/main/conformance and see if you can add that file to the conformance suite?

Hi Dmitri -- I don't understand this is just a sample file that is actually hosted on the HDR10+ LLC website. It doesn't need to be part of conformance it's simply a deep link from the Wiki to a sample file. Best Regards, Bill

@quantizationbit the question is: Can we also add this file to the conformance suite?
It would be automatically processed by the tools that we currently use for building the compliance report (ComplianceWarden ...). This would be helpful to detect regression in ComplianceWarden.
It would also be useful for validating some rules that are currently not validated by any streams (chroma sample position = 2).

@quantizationbit is there a license for that file? the conformance software allows to add a text license to the metadata file associated with the conformance file. If yes, could you give me a pointer?

No I can no longer access emails so we previously decided to delete that file and replace with a short encode. I'll reforward the email.
