[Web demo] playback fails on IAMF test file

I grabbed "noise_3s_stereo_opus.iamf" from here:

Went to the web demo

I dropped the file under "Or drag and drop an audio IAMF file"

The audio playback waveform box switched to "Decoding..."

Waveform never appeared - play button does nothing.
