I came across Robosuite and was most impressed by how flexible and easy it is to use this platform. The fact that it is under active development and issues are being addressed quickly is quite appealing. I think the robotics and RL community badly needs a modular, easy-to-use, and robust simulator to test their algorithms and Robosuite could potentially become "the one".
However, I want to clarify a few points about the platform before delving deeply into it:
1.) Does it support ROS1/2? Do you have any plans of integrating Robosuite with ROS in the near future?
2.) I work in human-robot collaboration and I was wondering if it contains any human models or has the flexibility for me to easily add human models into it using say, a URDF.
3.) Is it possible to integrate real sensor data into the simulation?
Hoping to hear from you soon. Thanks.
