Automatize creation of course certificates

Currently, the way to create the certificates is create a template in Canvas and then change it for each participant. The document can be found in this URL. This method is documented in this document from FEBiotec.

Obviously this is not scalable at all, considering that FEBIOTEC and related entities work at the level of dozens or hundreds of participants in their activities.

What we need is to create an automatization that creates and sends the certificates to the participants massively. This could read a text file with all the emails and data of each participant.
