As a scholar, I would like more control over how I format custom pages #242

I would like the option of editing text through either a WYSIWYG editor or through markdown.

  • It is okay to choose one editor or the other and to stay with that option.
  • It is also okay to move between the two options within one editor (for example if that functionality is already built into Slate)

I would like to format an essay as if it were for publication, with headings and subheadings, horizontal rules to mark section breaks, smaller font sizes for footnotes, etc.

I would also like to be able to format both poetry and prose, so the editor should let me differentiate between line breaks and paragraph breaks.
