[PE-D][Tester D] Free times that do not connect

Having free times that do not connect when they are continuous allows users to add multiple 1 min slots separately. This is not intuitive for users. One consequence of this design is that a block of free time cannot be found later on using the findfreetime command, even if the free time exists.

For example, in the screenshot given below, Alex Yeoh has a free time block of 10 mins, but it cannot be found in the findfreetime command.
