Adding icons/images to the Area icons in the Home page

Hello,
Is there any way to change the Areas icons in the home page? I don’t like too much those blu generic icons.
The best would be to see a miniature of the picture I've for my Areas.
I've already tried to assign an icon in the HA settings of Areas but it doesn't work.

Unfortunatelly also following the wiki example I don’t see any new area, but I still see the default ones.
My new config:

What am I doing wrong?

You'll have to use the actual id of your area instead of the family_room_id of the example.

Make sure the id is correct. It is case sensitive also. Normally the id given by Home assistant starts with a lower case.

Finally I’ve been able to add it. I think you should add in the documentation where to find what you call family _room_id.
It’s located under HA Settings -> Areas -> Modify Area -> Area Id
For example some of my areas have some alhanumeric long ID

Just a curiosity: is there instead a possibility to add an Area option to reuse the same Area pictures set in HA Area Settings?

That's also described in the Wiki. To have the picture of the area, you change the type.
