Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
when using pgvector_rs, with the pgvector module, get error

"Could not open extension control file \"/usr/share/postgresql/17/extension/vector.control\"

because pgvector_rs uses name vectors

Describe the solution you'd like
add customisable extention name support eg vectors or vector

Describe alternatives you've considered
add some options of extension names, if one fails try another.
