We have several components that are easy to grind.

Minting. It's pretty cheap to acquire test twitter accounts. Once logged in, ppl can "mjnt" unlimited. Each mint spends a little Base gas. So ideally rate limiting would apply here
AI filter. Redeem attempts that fail the policy still spend credit. A rate limit per token or overall could improve this
