You acknowledge and agree that QuackertonAI is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the images, and that you use the images at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that QuackertonAI may collect and use certain data and information about your use of QuackertonAI, but only the images generated by QuackertonAI, for the purpose of improving QuackertonAI and developing new features and services.
QuackertonAI reserves the right to modify or terminate QuackertonAI or any part thereof, at any time, without notice. QuackertonAI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of QuackertonAI.
