As we have moved primarily to Mise and as it also supports SPM backend, even though it is experimental, we have no further need for Mint. Also it doesn't look like it is maintained (question is if there is anything to maintain 🤷‍♂️), but at least the fix we needed for our CI was not yet released.

So this is the time to say good bye to it.
