The original issue AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#163225 (comment).
I've been checking this for some time and can confirm that this rule does not apply for some reason. Also don't see any exclusions for iOS, mac.

ipv6.baidu.com,xueshu.baidu.com,www.baidu.com,www1.baidu.com#?#.c-container:-abp-has(.t > a[data-landurl])

Checked AdGuard for Safari, AdGuard for iOS - the same problem. I don't notice it with AdGuard for Mac - works fine.
