I only really installed the ad blocker because it was recommended for blocking twitch ads. since it hasnt been blocking any of the adsd on twitch, im uninstalling it

It seems you only installed the AdGuard Adblocker, but you may not have installed AdGuard Extra, which is required for blocking Twitch ads.

In short: Install both AdGuard Adblocker and AdGuard Extra extension, and try again. Be sure to avoid combining them with any other similar ad blockers.
