Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable the AdGuard URL Tracking filter.
  2. Go to https://3dnews.ru/1118692?utm_source=nova&utm_medium=tg&utm_campaign=main

Expected Behavior

Request is redirected to https://3dnews.ru/1118692.

Actual Behavior

Request is redirected to https://3dnews.ru/1118692?, which returns a 404 response.

This issue comes from a known Chrome bug tracked here: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40886355

@maximtop I had a go at fixing that Chromium bug for you, if the fix sticks I'm hoping it'll be included with Chrome 135.
