The following things need the non-adjusted timestep in order to behave correctly:

The in-game playtime timer. (but not the dungeon timer or the combo timer, that needs to get the adjusted timestep)
The lipsync logic (same issue as CS1/2/3: Lipflaps desync when in turbo mode. (only the timed ones, the untimed ones work fine) #115)
The Active Voice logic (gap between voice lines)
Turbo should temporarily pause during the button prompt during X-Strike, like in CS's link follow-up attacks.

If turbo is active, the mouse cursor will act as if it has no input and fade out even if you move the mouse.
