Preamble

This story describes the changes that are necessary to automatically test the code with GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• the Unit Tests should use pytest in combination with the setUp/tearDown pattern for testing
• all classes in the anonpy.security namespace should be tested
• add a test coverage report via https://about.codecov.io/
• add a CodeQL workflow file for detecting security vulnerabilities
• enable dependabot alerts on this repository

Remarks

• new features in pull requests should only be accepted if they can be reliably tested
• some features like GUI #11 may receive an exception from this rule
