Kalman dt should be calculated from data

Currently, the kalman filter assumes 15 ms loop intervals. This is usually ok, but our loop time can be longer in some cases (flash write/erase, for example). Use a live calculated dt when running the filter, and as a next step look into #109 to change the kalman gains too.
