Toggleable Inscrutable Eye

I would enjoy the ability to toggle on/off the Inscrutable Eye's true name functionality, either through a shift + right click or through some other means.

Describe why you want this. If there's a reason.
Currently, after opening an Inscrutable Eye, there is no method to see the nametag another had given themself through a Charming Insignia- which is unfortunate when another uses said insignia for cosmetic reasons, such as setting a nickname for themself.
