[FEATURE] Correlation interface #23

When data is loaded in memory, allow performing Pearson's correlation on images / spectra.

Visualisation of results would need to be in a new interface. The user should be able to select a spectral channel and view the correlation 'spectrum' for all images in the dataset
Allow correlation of regions of interest with images
