[FEATURE] Improved spectral calibration #25

Add in additional group of preprocessing options: spectral calibration. This should replace the current spectral calibration routines.

Two types of spectral calibration should be able to be performed:

Global spectral calibration: The same transform is applied to all spectra - useful for Bruker data.
Automated per-spectrum calibration: The parameters for the calibration should be automatically determined from each spectrum and applied. This could be, for example, calibrating to one or more reference peaks.
