For some reason online/offline notifications seem to have become less and less reliable. This effects portals swirlies, chats, and a bunch of other things. I'm not sure how much of this is a problem with the WWR itself and how much is bugs in other agents. Right now I plan to look into it at the same time I am restructuring the Housekeeper agent (#13)

After investigation I think this might be related to the client spamming the add-contact script-- which also updates the WWRs for the contacts lists and resets their online status so the WWR doesn't detect the changes.

This is made obsolete by the Switch to ReBabel

Re opened because of change of course!, sorry for all the confusion, I was massively Hyped about ReBabels development the Steps I undertook where prematurely!
