I click it, but it doesn't work. 😢

不固定時能夠正常使用；在固定時如果使用右鍵翻譯功能正常，而點擊位於 omnibox 中的翻譯按鈕只有 ripple 的效果而沒有實際翻譯或是 Dialog(Popup?) 彈出。

我試了幾個網頁均無法正常使用，大抵上是所有頁面都會出現這個問題。

You can use the Google Translate plugin instead, which will give you the little translate icon popup for highlighted text/words, but only on pages that are not in your system/browser language.
However, it seems that Google has made some changes to the translation plugin and removed a good amount of functionality, according to the latest plethora of 1-star reviews on the Chrome Web Store. I suspect this is to force people who rely on the plugin in other browsers to switch to Chrome.
