Ищите в комитах. Автор не ведет версионинг (https://github.com/AlexGyver/PCdisplay/commits/master)

а зачем тебе 1,2? В 1.3 добавлена отдельная настройка скорости вентилятора при обрыве связи. Зачем тебе старая?

Xочу сделать этот проект, но без подключения вентиляторов и датчиков температуры.

а в чём твоя проблема? Я в видео сказал, что угодно из схемы выкидывается без последствий, никто не обидится. Версия 1.2 ничем по сути не отличалась, как я уже написал выше.
