设计说明书，内容基本上是符合的。
使用说明书，这个只参考格式，内容需要做相应的修改，就是普通意义上的用户使用说明书。

使用说明书和设计说明书目录一样的？

这个文档目录没有内容要求，你可以参考模板材料里的格式，也可以自己修改，但是尽量规范正式
