Improvements for "Bookmarks" window.

1. Allow do focus the editor while the window opened.
2. Allow resize the window.
3. Dont hide the window by onClick on item event. (maybe dblClick to close window)

In this case we can hold window opened permanently to quick switch between bookmarks.
Also Bookmarks window can be embedded to the left side panel.

so you suggest non-modal Menu-like dialog. it is hard change. cannot do this. for comparability with other menu-like dlgs in app (e,g. Cmd Palette).
I suggest you the 'Hotspots' plugin which has non-modal dlg embedded into side panel. with bookmarks.

Tried "Hotspots", it is more handy for quick switches than Bookmarks.

Could you add one global option to switch on/off modal mode for dialogs?
Modal mode does't do some useful but restrict the flexibility of the editor.

No, change of modality of dialogs is hard work, while im not thinking it will be better for users.
