I want to thank author for integration fisrt, everything works as expected but one thing bothers me: there's a delay in text module which appears as camera in HA (around 0.5 of a second). I tried to use native yandex app and chromcast via it and no delay whatsoever, so what issue this might be? Don't see a point in providing any data since logs are clear and my suspicion that it has something to do with time for chromecast to initialize since song is playing already when I manualy or via automation change source of media to my tv (although as I mentioned befre no iisue with native app and chromecast).

Whats your hardware? Maybe your Hass works not very well. Maybe it has some "slow" custom integration thats adds this delay to all Hass actions.

Orange bi 3B and I'm using HA supervisor via docker. What about integraions: mainly your's, tuya local and local tuya(one device has no support in tuya local so i'm using both), alarmo, xiaomi miio auto, keenetic ndms2, restful command, restful, yandex station, other one's just dlna, chromecast, android tv, so basically already intergated in HA one's . Also it raises a question of how can I measure a delay (so what kind of delay is ok and what not). Also want to point out, that when I'm listening to music on yandex mini itself there's no issue (text appearing with no delay) which means there's nothing wrong with hardware but when I switch source from speaker to smart tv there's a delay. This's the reason why I suspected syncronization problem since when I changed it back to yandex mini - no delay but I mentioned that music was a little bit ahead of what I was hearing at tv, so I suppose time to switch matters.

If you talking about streaming feature, it's a normal situation to have a large amount of audio mis-synchronization. This can't be fixed with the current APIs.

Speakers has a multiroom API. But it's private.
