Not exactly sure. But probably, download files: "IDM_Reg_Reset.reg" and "IDM_TrialReset_IAS.cmd" as raw by clicking the 'down arrow' download icon. First, double-click the "IDM_Reg_Reset.reg" file to add content to the Windows registry. Then run IDM_TrialReset_IAS.cmd as administrator. (Right-click and select "Run as administrator".) Backing up the entire Windows registry may be a good idea beforehand.
