ASR settings don't save reliably

Settings other than the active airport and profile (target settings, etc.) don't save if the ES instance is closed (seems OnAsrContentToBeSaved is only called when a single ASR is manually closed?)—probable fix is to save these settings when they are modified, in a similar fashion to the airport and profile.

(I can do this myself if I get around to it, but would be working in the dark somewhat as I haven't been able to get this to compile yet unfortunately)
