Current Behavior:
Concrete Powder is eaten and disappears when the powder is hydrated if there is a hopper adding & removing items from the block. After this happens, all new Fluid Tanks placed on the server will eat items and not work properly until the server is restarted.
It is a somewhat erratic issue, sometimes it breaks, some times it doesn't.
Expected Behavior:
Concrete Powder is turned into Concrete and transferred to the hopper properly.
Work Around:
Sometimes, restarting the world/server works, sometimes it doesn't.
Reproduction Steps:
Place Fluid Tank
Place a container with a hopper feeding into the Fluid Tank
Place a hopper below the Fluid Tank and pushing into a new container
Add water to Fluid Tank
Place Concrete Powder into top container
Observe concrete disappear into the void
No crashes happen, and this happens on both single player worlds and servers.
